Your floppy disks are not MS-DOS compatible – they cannot be opened on a computer
Such floppy disks are protected and one of the possible ways to transfer them is the RAW access. Mac OS cannot provide this access. It is possible only via Windows based computer. This is a limitation of the hardware, not of our software. To be able to transfer such floppy disks, you will need an external USB floppy drive with guaranteed 720KB support. Some external USB floppy drives have such support, and some others have not. We will test if your floppy drive is compatible. Please check the video below and choose a button depending on the achieved result.
An error appears and the USB floppy drive is not proper:
The files were transferred successfully via the software:
Video for transferring the floppy disks
Note: from the gear icon at the bottom of the video put the video to 1080p then to full screen – that way you will be able to see the process better. Also you can turn on subtitles by clicking the CC icon at the bottom of the video. The language can be adjusted by clicking the gear icon. Then click on Subtitles/CC. Right after that click on Auto-translate and choose your language.

Important: Some pianos controllers cannot read files with lowercase letters correctly. If you have trouble with the transferred files, you should rename them and their suffixes to uppercase letters (up to 8 symbols, excluding the .FIL suffix). Use uppercase for the PIANODIR.FIL file too if needed. Then you should regenerate the PIANODIR.FIL file. Watch the first video on the following page to learn how to generate the PIANODIR.FIL file -> Please Click HERE
