The warranty is 2 years (1 year guarantee plus 1 year when you register the product online). If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We offer a warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your product. This warranty excludes any damages caused by the user. If we cannot solve the problem via the message system first, you have to ship back the product. After that we have to check the condition of our product and then to take the right decision. Return shipping will be paid by the Buyer.
